Parents-to-be can choose from the following options:

A completely private birth plan: Greenwich Medical Chambers offers a comprehensive private birth plan covering the entire pregnancy. This includes the delivery of your baby by your own Consultant.

Intensive Monitoring – for you and your baby: From your first visit your baby will receive intensive monitoring. All ultrasound scans are carried out by our highly experienced sonographer using the very latest equipment. Regular monitoring of the mother’s health is essential during pregnancy; regular blood pressure and urine assessments are made by your Consultant.

Routine ante natal blood tests may be performed at the same visit by our Practice nurse or your Consultant.

Continuity of care: - To ensure consistency and the highest management of care throughout your pregnancy, you will be seen by the same team at each visit

Peace of mind: - Access to advice and care in emergencies is available 24 hours per day

Simplicity: - Our staff will take care of all the hospital arrangements for the delivery of your baby.

Ante Natal Scans: Mums-to-be may just choose to come to Greenwich Medical Chambers for one or more of their ante-natal scans. These can be arranged at a time convenient to you and your partner and are carried out by our female sonographer.

One-Off Consultations: If you are booked at your local NHS hospital for your ante natal care but wish to have a private consultation if you have a problem, or just require reassurance, then this can be arranged for you.
